Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Our client, a baby and toddler apparel company, is seeking a Production Manager to join their team in New York, NY!

Work Schedule: On-site. This role requires 5 days in office.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for daily production management, project management, and communication
• Work with factories to prepare production schedules, issue purchase orders and manage WIP reports
• Ensure efficient and timely delivery of products
• Manage and coordinate production schedules
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• MUST have at least 4 years of production experience in baby apparel
• Experience with item creation, PO entry within an ERP system, testing & compliance, quality control, and WIP reports
• Knowledge of AMT (ERP), manufacturing processes, and proficiency in project management software
• Strong understanding of Chinese language ideal
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000
