Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Production Manager to lead and coordinate the production and maintenance departments at our Montello and Wautoma facilities in Wisconsin. The role focuses on driving production performance while ensuring quality and cost efficiency, reporting to the company president.

You will oversee production schedules, implement lean practices, and foster teamwork to minimize costs and errors while guiding a thriving workforce culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least in an operations leadership role.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

You will be responsible for production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner.You will report to the president of the company.
