Top Echelon Software, LLC. is seeking a Production Manager to direct operations at our Montello and Wautoma locations. You will lead a ~100-person manufacturing team, coordinate production schedules, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality and cost targets.

We value strong leadership, lean manufacturing experience (5S), and effective communication. Familiarity with SYSPRO is preferred, and a BS in Operations Management is strongly encouraged.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including leadership.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and 5S.
• Proficiency with production scheduling systems (SYSPRO preferred).
• BS in Operations Management or equivalent preferred.

You will be responsible for production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner.You will report to the president of the company.

• The Production Manager is crucial in driving operational efficiency across both Wautoma and Montello locations, ensuring teams achieve their targets smoothly.There are about 100 employees between the 2 locations.
