Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Production Manager to lead both the Montello and Wautoma electromechanical assembly sites in Wisconsin. You will direct production and maintenance, ensure quality, and optimize performance in a cost-effective manner.

Reporting to the president, you will drive lean manufacturing initiatives (5S), production scheduling, and cross-site collaboration for a 100-employee operation. This role offers leadership growth and a chance to shape the factory culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing with a leadership role.

You will be responsible for production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner.You will report to the president of the company.

What you will be doing:

• The Production Manager is crucial in driving operational efficiency across both Wautoma and Montello locations, ensuring teams achieve their targets smoothly.There are about 100 employees between the 2 locations.

• Working Knowledge of computer systems for managing production schedules (familiarity with SYSPRO is preferred).


• Must be an effective communicator both verbal and written


• BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience is strongly encouraged.
