Your Talent Team's client in Wisconsin seeks a Production Manager to direct production and maintenance, ensuring quality and cost targets are met. The role covers Montello and Wautoma with about 100 employees, guiding schedules and lean initiatives.

You will report to the president and drive operational excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement, shaping a high-performing, safety-conscious culture across both sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience
• Experience with lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with production schedules; SYSPRO preferred
• BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience

Our client, a contract manufacturer of electromechanical assemblies, needs a Production Manager to direct and coordinate production and the maintenance department. You will be responsible for production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner.You will report to the president of the company.

• Working Knowledge of computer systems for managing production schedules (familiarity with SYSPRO is preferred).


• Must be an effective communicator both verbal and written


• BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience is strongly encouraged.
