Modern Machining Solutions Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to direct production and maintenance across two Wisconsin sites (Montello and Wautoma). You will manage roughly 100 staff, drive lean manufacturing, and ensure quality while controlling costs.

You will be responsible for production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner.You will report to the president of the company.

• The Production Manager is crucial in driving operational efficiency across both Wautoma and Montello locations, ensuring teams achieve their targets smoothly.There are about 100 employees between the 2 locations.

• Must be an effective communicator both verbal and written


• BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience is strongly encouraged.
