Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations related to batch production, truck loading, and bulk shipments to meet production and shipping demands.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency in all processes.
• Coordinate with logistics, production planning, and transportation teams to optimize scheduling and material flow.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and reliability, working with maintenance teams to prevent downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
