Summary

The Service Operations Support Manager in Training is accountable for managing and leading associates, including achieving production targets, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and lead associates to achieve production targets, maintain inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Conduct observations and provide feedback to associates.
3. Participate in hiring, training, and development of staff.
4. Maintain key performance indicators.
5. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Assist in developing and executing production plans.
7. Ensure proper inventory levels and safety measures.
8. Support sales, business, and purchasing teams as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
10. Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead a team to meet production goals.
• Strong data interpretation and record-keeping skills.

Working Conditions

Combination of indoor and outdoor work, including noisy or inclement weather, extended walking or standing, and variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional travel may be required.
