Job summary

Food Talent Solutions is seeking a Second Shift Production Manager in Cleveland, OH, to serve as the senior production leader on the second shift. You will oversee safety, quality, productivity, staffing and performance objectives while coaching and developing a growing team.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and leads approximately 60 hourly employees during the 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift, ensuring alignment with quality standards and efficiency targets in a fast-paced food manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience leading large hourly production teams in a high-volume food manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Strong collaboration with Quality and Maintenance functions to achieve production goals.
• Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or similar improvement experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

This role serves as the senior production leader during second shift, providing oversight of manufacturing operations while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, staffing, and operational performance objectives are consistently achieved. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on leader who enjoys developing people and driving results in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

Target Candidate Profile

• Production or Operations Management experience within food, beverage, bakery, dairy, protein, or related manufacturing
• Experience leading large hourly production teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
• Experience partnering with Quality, Maintenance, and other plant functions to achieve production goals
• Continuous improvement mindset with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar operational excellence experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a strong plus
