This role serves as the senior operational leader for the facility during off‑shift hours, providing oversight of Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving safety, productivity, staffing efficiency, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
