We're hiring a Production Supervisor to lead approximately 35–40 production employees across three shifts, with Leads on each shift reporting directly to this role.
This is a hands-on manufacturing leadership position for someone who understands CNC machining operations and can balance production, quality, safety, and people management.
You'll have responsibility for the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, performance management, attendance, productivity, discipline, and employee relations. You'll work through the shift Leads to keep production running efficiently while maintaining accountability across the department.
This is also a strong long-term growth opportunity. As the facility continues to grow, success in this position could lead to a broader Production Management role.
Ideal candidates will have a background in CNC machining, machine setup, precision manufacturing, or another closely related production environment.
You don't need to be the strongest machinist on the floor, but you do need enough machining knowledge to understand the operation, communicate with Leads and Setup personnel, and make sound production decisions.
If you're a manufacturing leader who understands CNC machining and enjoys developing people while being accountable for production results, this is a strong opportunity.
You'll have real ownership of the production team, the ability to shape the department's culture and performance, and a potential path into Production Management as the facility continues to grow.
