Job type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Day shift

Responsibilities

Communicate with various customers in the local market and continue to grow shop production. Estimate heavy duty truck collision repair costs including parts and labor timelines. Collaborating with the team to report on collision repair timelines to the management team and customers.

Minimum Requirements

• At least two to five years of hands-on collision repair experience including areas like body, paint, estimation, and management
• Able to oversee and coordinate all aspects of production
• Responsible for daily production, planning, safety and delivery expectations
• Operate the shop at maximum production while controlling cost
• Collision repair estimating experience
• Proficient in communicating with customers to create expectations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
