Job summary

Stronghouse in Minnesota is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production operations, ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality, and drive market expansion. You will coordinate subcontractor labor and materials across trades and align production with sales objectives.

You will train new hires, maintain Acculynx templates, monitor licensing and permitting, and manage vendor relationships to meet schedules and standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Proven experience in production management or construction project oversight.
• Strong knowledge of licensing, permitting, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience with greenfield market expansions and process implementation.
• Familiarity with Acculynx and Profile Gorilla software.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective leader and trainer.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for production-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Manage team of production specialists, field specialists and field managers within the various trades.
• Audit jobs for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate with the License Holder to manage licensing status, renewals, and ensure compliance across markets.
• Verify state licensing and city-specific permitting requirements, especially for greenfield market expansions.
• Coordinate with permit team, city registrations, and inspections, including privateprovider and wind mitigation inspections.
• Coordinate subcontractor labor and material procurement to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
• Set up and maintain ordering templates in Acculynx, collaborating with field supervisors.
• Train new hires on production procedures, company standards, and safety protocols.
• Support seller training strategies to align sales and production teams.
• Onboard new subcontractors using Profile Gorilla and the Acculynx Crew App.
• Order specialty materials such as tile, stone-coated steel, and metal.
• Provide specialized production support for project needs.
• Manage labor auditing amongst their projects and teams projects.

Salary Range:

$91,000 - $114,000 plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus
