What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or related technical discipline preferred
• Experience in manufacturing leadership in operations, production, or value stream management
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence tools
• Proven success leading teams, driving KPIs, and improving productivity, quality, and delivery performance
• Experience leading change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Track record of developing people and building high-performing teams
