Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking an experienced production supervisor/manager to oversee daily operations in a food manufacturing environment. You will lead production teams, manage schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on the floor.

The role requires strong leadership, 3–5+ years in food manufacturing, and hands-on experience with lean practices and food safety programs, with ability to work in varied production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3–5+ years of experience in food manufacturing (bakery, beverage or dairy)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety programs and regulatory requirements
• Experience with Lean/5S or similar improvement tools
• Requires time on the production floor in varying temperatures
