Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support production managers in daily leadership and oversight to meet targets.
• Track KPIs such as OTD, scrap, yield and overall productivity.
• Assist in production planning and capacity analysis.
• Attend operation review meetings and shift handoffs to understand needs.
• Maintain records of production output, quality checks and equipment status.
• Support LEAN projects and 6S improvement initiatives.
