Plexus Corp. is seeking a Production Manager to lead Factory Supervisors in a high‑mix manufacturing environment. You will focus on on‑time delivery, product quality and production efficiency, driving continuous improvement, resource planning and staff development across the focused factory.

Strong leadership and Lean/IPC expertise are required to excel. Responsibilities include executing schedules, mentoring operators, ensuring RCCA for defects, and maintaining safety and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Technical expertise in PCB Assembly, SMT, RoHS, Mechanical Assembly, Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience with IPC Standards and Quality Systems.

Responsabilités

• Execute production schedules to meet KPIs including OTD, scrap reduction, yield and productivity.
• Lead the manufacturing team, manage staffing levels and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive Lean initiatives, 6S, layout optimization and waste reduction activities.
• Ensure compliance to Plexus standards and customer requirements.
