Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician at the Central Fulfillment Center in Irving, TX. Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a mechanical support role in a distribution center or production line environment.
• Preferred: 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience working on conveyor system, industrial maintenance, robotics, fork truck operation experience/certification
• Experience working with MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, balers, and building systems.
• Act as site facilities maintenance point-of-contact for Vendor and Albertsons Technical Teams.
• Provide advanced support to maintain production equipment and maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; coordinate with vendors.
• Log and document all issues and work efforts.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of technical documents.
• Maintain safe environment around equipment.
• Work with IT Specialist to optimize production line environment.
