Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance technicians and shift scheduling.
• Plan and conduct OJT training for maintenance staff.
• Assist supervisors with personnel planning and development.
• Identify and address weak areas; propose improvements.
• Advise on equipment selection and procurement per standards.
• Implement preventive maintenance and reliability improvements.
• Troubleshoot PLC hardware and software.
• Prepare maintenance orders and reports.
• Monitor electrical and mechanical systems to prevent downtime.
