Job summary
Airtech International is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance activities, repair schedules, and hands-on maintenance of extrusion, conversion and facility equipment. You will lead a maintenance crew, coordinate with production schedules, and ensure maximum uptime and quality.
The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance and 3+ years in a supervisory capacity, with CMMS experience.
Qualifications
- Five years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Three years’ supervisory experience in maintenance.
- Experience using a CMMS to manage maintenance and production schedules.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance activities and repair schedules using the existing CMMS.
- Adjust, repair and maintain extrusion, conversion and facility equipment to ensure production and quality goals.
- Manage maintenance team members, assign tasks and lead maintenance workers with hands-on work and troubleshooting.
- Review production schedules and perform scheduled maintenance when manufacturing is not active.
- Supervise post-repair operations to ensure production and quality targets are met.
- Coordinate with purchasing to keep spare parts and tools stocked.
