D-Career in Livermore, CA is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to sustain and enhance high-technology manufacturing processes. You will optimize machine cycles, reduce scrap, and support advanced troubleshooting with Production Engineering to drive process improvements across carlines.

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assists production and maintenance in isolating complex manufacturing issues whether it is in process, material, or machine functionality related.
• Maintain department KPI measurements for machine downtime.
• Provide continuous improvement and/or corrective actions for negative downtime trends.
• Responsible for ensuring non-defined stores items and parts required for emergency repairs are procured in a timely manner.
• Leads Root Cause Analysis activities to eliminate catastrophic breakdowns and reduce redundant failures.
• Coordinate with purchasing to support technical purchases and warranty opportunities.
• Assist project team in the installation and signoff of new processes and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by PDD6 management to ensure optimal plant performance.
• Travel is required.
