Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in El Paso, TX seeks a Supervisor, Production Maintenance to lead mechanics and electricians and ensure equipment reliability in a high-speed production setting.

You will establish maintenance methods, manage safety and budget, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance goals. Prior supervisory experience and a technical background in manufacturing equipment are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing equipment.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Staff, train, supervise, evaluate and develop team members.
• Maintain equipment to ensure line efficiencies and KPIs.
• Supervise preventative maintenance programs and schedules.
• Ensure safety; enforce PPE and company policies.
• Manage labor and OPEX budgets within limits.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and vendor contracts.
• Ensure GMP and safety standards compliance.
• Collaborate with Risk, HR, and Internal Audit as needed.
• Coordinate repairs with outside vendors and oversee hazmat/fire safety work.
• Support disaster recovery planning and incident response.
• Occasionally flex work schedule to meet business needs.
