Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in El Paso, TX is seeking a Supervisor, Production Maintenance Sparking to lead mechanics and electricians, uphold safety, and drive equipment reliability across the production line.

You will plan and supervise maintenance tasks, monitor KPIs, manage safety and PPE, collaborate with other departments, and contribute to budget and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with manufacturing equipment.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing environment and high-speed production equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, supervise, evaluate and develop team members.
• Maintain equipment to ensure line efficiencies and KPI improvement.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and safety programs.
• Manage safety, PPE, and daily operating conditions.
• Coordinate with other departments to address compliance and issues.
