Job summary

International is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to join our team onsite in Huntsville, Alabama. This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing teams, solving problems, and driving operational excellence.

You will lead maintenance and repair activities, support production equipment reliability, oversee preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and build a high‑performing team. Relocation is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of maintenance experience.
• Master’s degree with at least one year, OR five years of maintenance experience.
• Experience with facilities maintenance, HVAC, power distribution, CMMS and budgets is a plus.
