Abbott in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Production Maintenance Planner for 1st shift to manage and improve work order documentation, PM/PdM programs, and field assessments. You will estimate labor, prepare job plans, and coordinate spare parts to minimize downtime.

You will liaise with Manufacturing, Engineering and other departments, maintain technical drawings, and ensure safety and compliance with GMP, FDA and OSHA standards.

Formación

• Associates degree in a technical field or trade-equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in maintenance planning or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve work order documentation within plant maintenance systems, including PM, PdM, and corrective work orders.
• Conduct field assessments of work orders to determine scope, materials, labor, and sequencing.
• Estimate labor hours and resources for maintenance activities.
• Prepare job plans, material lists, tool requirements, and safety documentation.
• Develop and maintain labor standards for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate procurement of spare parts to minimize downtime and expedite parts delivery.
• Maintain accurate spare parts data and inventory records with storeroom.
• Monitor and update maintenance systems and scheduled work orders.
• Review, prioritize, and distribute work orders across all shifts.
• Communicate with internal customers to schedule activities and coordinate equipment availability.
• Provide hands-on maintenance support during emergencies or staffing shortages.
• Verify completed work for quality, compliance, and adherence to standards.
