Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability strategies for equipment and systems.
• Define critical assets and prioritize reliability efforts based on risk and impact.
• Investigate equipment failures and production issues.
• Make recommendations and implement them based on RCA findings.
• Review maintenance activities to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Update maintenance programs based on recent trends and investigations.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Trend MTBF and MTTR metrics to identify bad actors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment design and operational procedures.
• Create documentation like CRs, FSIs, etc. to implement changes.
• Lead initiatives to reduce costs, improve uptime, and enhance safety.
• Work with Project Engineering and Division to introduce new pieces of equipment.
• Assess risks associated with equipment failure and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Work with Engineering techs to train maintenance and on reliability best practices.
• Promote a culture of reliability across the organization.
