Abbott Laboratories is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Day Shift at the Casa Grande, AZ plant to lead GMP-focused maintenance and ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA standards. You will manage contract teams, coordinate backlog reporting, and drive continuous improvement across Maintenance, Operations, and Quality teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2–4 years in plant maintenance within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, science, food tech, or engineering.
• Experience in regulated industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead GMP-focused maintenance activities and close out high-priority work orders.
• Prepare backlog reports and communicate status to site stakeholders.
• Manage contract teams and vendor relationships.
• Improve response time for maintenance in high-care areas.
• Lead quality assessments for GMP activities and drive continuous improvement.
