Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (HVAC or sheet metal preferred).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Experience using CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
• Proficient in MS Office
• Bilingual in Spanish is considered an asset
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail oriented and process driven

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment and facility systems
• Work with Production Supervisors to prioritize maintenance work and minimize disruption to operations
• Track and manage maintenance work orders through CMMS systems
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and follow up on outstanding items
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and compliance documentation
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues by coordinating technicians, parts, and resources
• Monitor equipment performance and identify trends for continuous improvement
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services
• Support spare parts inventory management and ordering of maintenance supplies
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Assist with capital projects, new equipment installations, and facility upgrades
• Promote preventative maintenance practices to improve equipment uptime and reliability
• Communicate maintenance updates and issues effectively across departments
• Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment in alignment with 5S principles
