Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using CMMS or maintenance tracking systems.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or industrial environments (HVAC or sheet metal preferred).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to analyze problems, collect data, and implement solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment and facility systems.
• Work with Production Supervisors to prioritize maintenance work and minimize disruption to operations.
• Track and manage maintenance work orders through CMMS systems.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues by coordinating technicians, parts, and resources.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services.
• Support spare parts inventory management and ordering of maintenance supplies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Assist with capital projects, new equipment installations, and facility upgrades.
• Promote preventative maintenance practices to improve equipment uptime and reliability.
