Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a direct hire in Georgia. This hands-on role maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and installs production equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You will be the primary maintenance expert onsite and support future production line expansion. Key responsibilities include minimizing downtime, diagnosing mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, installing new machinery and automation, troubleshooting high-speed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance technician experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with high-speed automation equipment required.
• Knowledge of machinery installation and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment line calls and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and repair manufacturing machinery.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Install, adjust, and maintain new machinery and automated systems.
• Troubleshoot high-speed automation equipment and production systems.
• Ensure equipment runs safely, efficiently, and at peak performance.
• Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist with future facility growth and production line buildouts.
