Job summary

SlateUp, Inc. in Indiana is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep critical production equipment running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and interpret schematics to diagnose issues. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school/apprenticeship preferred.
• 3–5 years of technical/electrical experience in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency with hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic computer use.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and operating forklifts/lifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) to prevent breakdowns and ensure uptime.
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to identify and fix issues.
• Assist with facility maintenance and safety checks across the building and grounds.
• Support team goals by mentoring peers and maintaining a safe, clean work area.
