Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Production Operator to operate machinery for EPS production, assist higher level operators, and help meet daily output goals on a 40-hour week with occasional overtime.

You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, follow safety protocols, use measuring devices, and participate in quality checks. This on-site role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to learn new equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years or older.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates machinery of assigned department to complete work orders.
• Receives and reviews work orders.
• Communicates material needs to other departments.
• Performs hazard-based functions including lock out/tag out and equipment inspection.
• Records data for quality control and improvement.
• Assists with packaging and end-of-line work as needed.
