Job summary

Carlisle Companies, a leading manufacturer of building envelope solutions, is seeking a production operator to support EPS-related processes. You will operate lamination, cutting, and fabrication machinery, review work orders, and ensure safety and quality on the line.

The role involves assisting with packaging, data recording, and occasional overtime. A strong safety mindset and basic math skills are required, with opportunities for growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate lamination, cutting, fabrication, and other machinery to complete work orders.
• Review work orders and communicate material needs to other departments.
• Perform routine inspections and safety checks on equipment; follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Assist Operators II & III on packaging and end-of-line tasks as needed.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and contribute to continuous improvement.
