Carlisle Coatings and Waterproofing is looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to run department machinery, assist with packing and end-of-line tasks, and support continuous improvement efforts. You will review work orders, coordinate material needs, and ensure safe operation in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and teamwork, with overtime as needed and a strong focus on COS-based improvements across the production line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to follow safety rules and work in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic math and measurement skills; able to use calculators and gauges.

Responsabilités

• Operates machinery in the assigned department to complete work orders.
• Reviews and follows work orders; communicates material needs to other departments.
• Maintains safety and quality checks; participates in 5S and SQDC initiatives.
