Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) is seeking a manufacturing operator to operate machinery in the assigned department, review work orders, and liaise with other departments to obtain the required materials. You will monitor operations for safety and efficiency and perform routine inspections and data recording.

The role includes supporting packaging and end-of-line tasks, maintaining 5S standards, and assisting with quality checks to meet production goals while following all safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery of assigned department to complete work orders.
• Receive and review work orders.
• Communicate required material amounts to other departments.
• Monitor machinery for safe, efficient operation.
• Perform hazard-based lock out/tag out and daily equipment inspections.
• Stack, sort, and bundle material per standard work.
• Maintain 5S and SQDC practices as applicable.
• Record data for quality control and improvement functions.
• Assist with packaging and end-of-line tasks as needed.
