Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to operate medium complex machinery in manufacturing.
• Able to lift medium-heavy objects when needed.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Preferred: read blueprints and operate with power tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for production by tooling and parametrization per work orders.
• Check production status within and between sequences and act on deviations.
• Operate and monitor machines following documented procedures.
• Inspect parts, identify defects and discard faulty items per protocol.
• Support maintenance to prevent downtime and inspect machines.
• Follow safety rules and use PPE at all times.
