Job summary

You will inspect parts, handle deviations, support maintenance, and follow PPE rules. Starting wage $22.55/hour with 2nd/3rd shift premiums; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English.
• Ability to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
• Experience reading blueprints is preferred.
• Power tools experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrisation according to work order information.
• Check production status within and in between each production sequence and take action in case of deviations.
• Perform operations while controlling machine/production processes and follow documented procedures and processes.
• Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects and discard defective parts per protocol.
• Support maintenance in repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machines.
• Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
