Job summary

Candidates should be able to perform basic maintenance and document machine performance. Qualifications include being 18+, experience with fast-paced manufacturing and equipment such as fillers, packers, and palletizers, and familiarity with reading schedules

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with high speed production lines is preferred.
• Experience with pallets or forklift operation is desirable.
• Experience operating packaging, filling, palletizing, or related equipment is a plus.
• Experience reading blueprints and schedules is beneficial.
• Familiarity with manufacturing computers, automation, and basic troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency.
• Move materials and finished products to maintain proper flow.
• Ensure package and product quality.
• Perform basic maintenance and preventative tasks.
• Operate equipment safely and clean the area before, during, and after shift.
• Maintain daily records of downtime and machine operations.
• Collaborate with team and ensure regular attendance.
