Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an on-site Production Operator to manage and monitor high-speed production lines, perform line changeovers, and help ensure quality and efficiency on the floor.

The role includes lifting 20–45 lb cases, standing for long periods, and potential weekend/holiday shifts. Prior packaging equipment experience and basic troubleshooting are beneficial for successful performance in this position.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience with high speed production lines.
• Experience with pallets and forklift operations.
• Experience operating packaging equipment (caps, seals, labeling, packaging).
• Experience reading blueprints or schematics in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production lines to ensure efficiency.
• Remove or shift materials and finished products to maintain proper flow.
• Ensure package and product quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean equipment and work area before, during, and after shift.
• Maintain a clean workspace through good housekeeping.
• Expedite repairs with maintenance as needed.
• Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
