Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience on high-speed production lines or equivalent environment.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read production schematics and schedules.
• Maintenance awareness and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency
• Move materials and finished products to maintain flow
• Ensure packaging and product quality
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Operate all manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean equipment and work area before, during, and after shifts
• Maintain tidy work area with good housekeeping
• Expedite repairs with maintenance when needed
• Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations
• Work well in a team-oriented environment
• Maintain regular attendance
