Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Production Machine Operator B to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. You will operate high-speed machinery, monitor production, and ensure quality while adhering to safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of three months manufacturing experience, with the ability to multitask and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment. Experience interfacing with Allen Bradley PLC and touch screen devices is a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum three months manufacturing experience required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multitasking and troubleshooting; critical thinking skills are necessary.
Ability to interface with Allen Bradley PLC controllers and touch screen devices.
Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

Operates and monitors high speed machinery while complying with production and safety standards.
Maintains all product flow and ensures comprehensive product quality.
Utilizes computer screens and HMIs; familiar with HMI functionality.
Supports OEE functions on line; interprets data and makes adjustments.
Maintains a clean work area and equipment; completes line inspections and reports.
Assists with line change over and performs other duties as assigned.
