Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Production Machine Operator B to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves operating high-speed equipment, monitoring quality, and ensuring line readiness to meet production targets.

The 1st shift runs 6:00am–3:00pm, Monday through Saturday. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or GED and 3 months of manufacturing experience. Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC is a plus; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) months previous manufacturing experience required.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, with the ability to multi‑task and troubleshoot; critical thinking skills are necessary.
• Ability to interface with Allen Bradley PLC controller and touch screen devices.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all product flow.
• Ensures comprehensive product quality.
• Utilizes computer screens and functions and is familiar with HMI functionality.
• Supports OEE functions on line, interprets data and makes adjustments, as needed.
• Maintains a clean work area and clean equipment.
• Completes all necessary line inspections and reports using computers/tablets on the line.
• Assists with line change over.
• Other duties as assigned.
