Qualifications

We’re growing and looking to add multiple Machine Operators to our team in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. If you’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to be part of a high-quality production team—this is a great opportunity to get in the door and grow your skills!

This position will support the manufacturing of printed circuit boards for one of our major defense customers!

What You’ll Do

  • Operate manufacturing equipment such as conformal coating and singulation machines (with training on wave solder, selective solder machines)
  • Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using various tools and hardware
  • Inspect work and identify defects using IPC-A-610 standards
  • Follow work instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to use tools and basic testing devices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt
