Intervala, LLC is seeking a PCB Assembler for the 2nd shift in Mount Pleasant, PA. This full‑time role requires basic reading of diagrams and high attention to detail. We train newcomers and offer a hands‑on environment building PCBs for defense and other critical industries.

You will assemble PCBs, prepare components, and perform quality inspections in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting. Join a team focused on precision and reliability in electronics manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior experience needed; we will train.
• Ability to read basic instructions, diagrams, and small print.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfort with small parts and repetitive tasks.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team.
• No prior defense, electronics, or manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble printed circuit boards following detailed instructions, drawings, and diagrams
• Cut, form, and prepare electronic components
• Perform manual placement of through‑hole components
• Assemble chassis and electromechanical components
• Use hand tools and small hardware to complete assemblies
• Follow established quality standards and workmanship requirements
• Perform detailed visual inspections to ensure assemblies meet specifications
• Support the production of electronic products used by defense and other critical customers
• Identify opportunities for quality and process improvement

About the Work
