Job summary

Intervala, LLC in Mount Pleasant, PA is seeking a Production Machine Operator to support defense-grade electronics manufacturing. You will operate conformal coating and singulation equipment, assemble components, inspect quality to IPC‑A‑610 standards, and follow work instructions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of manufacturing or related experience preferred.

  • Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using various tools and hardware.

We’re growing and looking to add multiple Machine Operators to our team in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This position will support the manufacturing of printed circuit boards for one of our major defense customers!

What You’ll Do

  • Operate manufacturing equipment such as conformal coating and singulation machines (with training on wave solder, selective solder machines)
  • Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using various tools and hardware
  • Inspect work and identify defects using IPC-A-610 standards
  • Follow work instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
  • Basic math and measurement skills
