Job summary

Intervala, LLC is hiring a Machine Operator for the first shift in Mount Pleasant, PA. The role involves operating conformal coating and singulation machines, assembling electrical components, and inspecting quality using IPC-A-610 standards.

You will read and follow detailed work instructions, work in a high-volume environment, and contribute to timely production while developing skills through hands-on training and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• IPC-A-610 certification is a plus (or willingness to learn).

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment such as conformal coating and singulation machines (with training on wave solder, selective solder machines).
• Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using various tools and hardware.
• Inspect work and identify defects using IPC-A-610 standards.
• Follow work instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.

We’re growing and looking to add multiple Machine Operators to our team in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do

• Operate manufacturing equipment such as conformal coating and singulation machines (with training on wave solder, selective solder machines)
