Job summary

Surestaff in the United States is seeking dependable Production Machine Operators for a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will operate production equipment, handle ingredients, and ensure orders are produced accurately and on schedule.

This temp-to-hire role offers shifts on all schedules with hourly pay ranging $17 to $20, depending on shift and level. Candidates should have a HS diploma and 1+ year of related experience, plus strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of food manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred.
• Basic HMI, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork; detail-oriented and organized.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment to meet daily production schedules and customer orders.
• Stage, measure, mix, and properly handle ingredients according to established procedures.
• Follow all food safety, quality, allergen-control, sanitation, and equipment-cleaning requirements.
• Complete required production documentation and identify, communicate, and assist in resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs., with occasional heavier lifting as required.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, and perform repetitive motions.

SURESTAFF is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Machine Operators to support daily production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, handling ingredients, maintaining quality and food safety standards, and helping ensure customer orders are produced accurately and on schedule.

Production Machine Operator roles are temp-to-hire. All shifts available! Pay ranges between $17 - $20/HR depending on shift and position level.

Responsibilities of the Production Machine Operator:

• Operate, set up, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment to meet daily production schedules and customer orders.
• Stage, measure, mix, and properly handle ingredients according to established production procedures.
• Follow all food safety, quality, allergen-control, sanitation, and equipment-cleaning requirements.
• Complete required production documentation and identify, communicate, and assist in resolving equipment, quality, or production issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety policies, training requirements, and company procedures.
• Position entails regularly lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., with occasional lifting of heavier materials as required.
• Position entals regularly standing, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, grasping, bending, and performing repetitive hand and foot movements

Required Qualifications of the Production Machine Operator:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of food manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred.
• Basic HMI, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with team members and leadership.
• Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to work independently and work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity.
