SURESTAFF is hiring Machine Operators for a plastics manufacturing client in Surprise, AZ. The Operator tends thermoforming equipment and prepares dies, runs quality tests, and packs finished parts. This temp-to-hire role offers competitive pay and a benefits package with medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Shifts available: 2nd (2:30 PM–11 PM) at $20.12/hr and 3rd (10:30 PM–7 AM) at $20.52/hr, with overtime flexibility. Standing and lifting up to 50 lb are required.

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembling, and/or machine operating.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude is essential.

• Experience reading and interpreting production specifications a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare machine for production by positioning and securing dies, stops, guides, and turntables.
• Safely and effectively operates thermoforming equipment to produce quality product
• Reads job specifications and previous run data (if available) to determine machine adjustments and material requirements. Ensures job is in order prior to machine set-up.
• Performs required quality testing on products produced.
• Performs required quality testing on products produced, i.e. burst test, drop test, water table test, etc.
• Observes machine operation to detect piece defects or machine malfunction. Makes corrections to alleviate out of specification product.

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Machine Operators for a plastics manufacturing client in Surprise, AZ. The Machine Operator tends machine(s) that heats and injects pre-measured plastic pellets into molds that create simple parts to be inspected and packed as individual products or bulk packed for further assembly and case packed. Prepares paperwork for transfer to appropriate departments. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($20.12-$20.52/hr.), depending on the shift chosen, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include:

• 2nd Shift - 2:30 PM to 11 PM. ($20.12)
• 3rd Shift - 10:30 PM to 7 AM ($20.52)

• Position will entail standing for long periods of the day and lifting up to 50 pounds during shift.
