Responsibilities

• Assist the Converting Machine Operator with machine setup and operation.
• Load and unload bulk rolls onto the conversion machine.
• Inspect incoming bulk rolls for defects according to quality standards.
• Bag and package finished products to customer specifications.
• Operate the L-Sealer and Heat Tunnel as required.
• Perform final quality inspections before packaging products.
• Stretch wrap or band finished pallets for shipment or storage.
• Support other production and conversion department activities as needed.
• Identify and report quality concerns before final packaging.
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

As a Production Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures.
