Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Converting Machine Operator with machine setup and operation.
  • Load and unload bulk rolls onto the conversion machine.
  • Inspect incoming bulk rolls for defects according to quality standards.
  • Bag and package finished products to customer specifications.
  • Operate the L-Sealer and Heat Tunnel as required.
  • Perform final quality inspections before packaging products.
  • Stretch wrap or band finished pallets for shipment or storage.
  • Support other production and conversion department activities as needed.
  • Identify and report quality concerns before final packaging.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

  • Ability to read a tape measure to the nearest 1/8 inch.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Job Duties

  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
