Qualifications

The Machine Operator is responsible for safely and accurately completing internal and external customer orders by operating industrial sewing equipment to perform garment alterations and modifications. This role ensures all work meets quality standards, production requirements, and customer specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.

Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
